Fedex calls the deadpool.

There’s clearly some expert marketers at Fedex. Out of all the smail providers I’ve contacted, Fedex seemed to give a fuck.

From the long, drawn-out conversation, I can tell pretty easily that their target demographic loves talking to human begins. Instead of filling out an online form, they’re asking customer profiling questions to see if I match up to something internally.

Things break down when I tell her I’m a software-only company – and she still asks if I’m shipping anything over 150KG internationally. The process can be reworked, but not bad Fedex, twice you muse me.

Good:

Bad:

- Collects everything. Somewhat obvious. Some fields should be logically deduced based on conversation.

*Note: This is also entirely outsourced to a company that acts on behalf of fedex lol. I wonder what their employees do.
