I don’t care what you do, but I do care about fixing a problem that I have. I really love this way of communicating, thought it’ll be great to share. Start meditating on the critical problems you’re trying to solve for your customers and incorporate that into you language.
Rather than I provide a “lawn maintenance service”, say “You never have to cut grass again”. The former requires someone to deduce what a lawn service is, the latter speaks directly to someone’s pain points.
